RETURN POLICY

Your job is to get that big reaction. Our job is to make sure it happens.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Dirty Pop Cards purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must:

  • Be in new condition
  • Have all original contents
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the receipt associated with purchase


The refunded amount includes the full purchase price of returned items, including taxes.

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges (i.e. expedited or 1-day) are non-refundable at this time.

 

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

All returns must be sent to us via mail. They cannot be returned to retail stores for a refund.

Please re-package appropriately and include the packing slip you received when the order was originally delivered. Please ship to the address below.

If you do not have the original packing slip, you may print your receipt or enclose a note with your name, billing address, order number, and date of purchase.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, when possible.

  • Custom orders
  • Damaged products due to customer negligence
